Keri Goebel has recently joined the Trades Team at 1st Call Recruitment where he will be dealing with roading and civil construction, trades and services, engineering and transport, industrial and manufacturing roles.

Most recently working for Fulton Hogan as the Services Department Manager, Keri was responsible for the Labour pool, and as such communicated with many suppliers and recruitment agencies about the companies staffing requirements. Keri knows what employers are looking for when it comes to temp and permanent staffing needs in regards to providing a fast turnaround, fair rates, full proof guarantees and hard working, reliable and punctual personnel.

With 15 years practical knowledge in the roading history covering road maintenance, asphalting, civil and construction, Keri has the knowledge to fill seasonal requirements or find long term solutions to staffing needs and has the skills and training to conduct onsite drug testing, offer help with inductions, work place assessments and instructor training. He has a very strong focus on customer relations by making sure health and safety, and quality and environment guidelines are met in line with his client’s requirements.

As a keen outdoors person who enjoys playing rugby, coaching, fishing and going to the gym Keri is well known in the Bay of Plenty with his associations with various sports clubs and is looking forward to getting out in the community and providing local businesses with top rate recruitment services.
