Temp Payroll
Run your employees through our Temp Pay Roll and alleviate all the normal employment hassles. We take care of Holiday Pay, ACC, Kiwi Saver etc and simply send you an invoice. Terminate the position at any time or keep the temp on as long as you need. We even offer our key clients a free buy out after 3 months if they have a permanent opportunity available! Many large organisations send their temps to us as our service is second to none in cost effectiveness and added value.
OPRA - The Genisis 3 Range of Assessments
We have a trained assessor inhouse who can carry out OPRA testing of candidates measuring Aptitude, Ability, Personality and Preference. OPRA is an acronym for Occupational Psychology & Research Associates. They are a team of organisational psychologists who are committed to working with businesses to help recruit, develop, and retain high performing staff. Our mission is to be recognised as making a positive impact on the way Industrial/Organisational Psychology is viewed globally, via the delivery of practical, robust, and long-term solutions. Ask us about the range of testing available from the popular General Reason to the well known 15FQ+ assessments. As accreditors for these tests we are often sent candidates from other recruitment agencies and organisations to complete their testing in our testing and interview rooms.
MyProfile
MyProfile is a behavioural assessment tool to identify the innate talent and behavioural styles of your existing and prospective employees. MyProfile is designed for pre-employment assessments, employee relationship and communication diagnostics, and team building initiatives. An online behavioural personality assessment tool it focuses on work related behaviour and provides suggestions for career opportunities depending on the behavioural profile of the applicant (person completing the profile). MYPROFILE uses well known and proven personality research concepts called Psychometric tests which determine personality types and enables the applicant to maximise their potential. The person whose behavioural style and talent matches the profile of the job should do that job the best and be the right ‘fit’ for long term employment (if they also have the qualifications, skills and experience necessary).
